Continuous Improvement in Teaching App (CINTA) is a new module within the Pandai app that offers self-development content for school teachers. Traditionally, in offer to fulfill their yearly CPD requirements, teachers need to physically attend training events – so they had to apply for off-days, be away from school for long periods, and bear traveling and accommodation costs. With CINTA, teachers can now easily access continuous micro-learning materials made specifically for teachers, within the Pandai app.
