Malaysia Infrastructure Reporting & Assessment (MIRA) provides integrated “end-to-end” services for the management & maintenance of public assets. It integrates the complaints system of various government agencies to provide an easy access for the people to lodge complaints of damage to public assets. It enables public asset maintenance activities to be carried out and monitored directly including asset inspection & valuation, production of maintenance reports as well as integrated maintenance cost calculation.
